Michael R. Sears (b.1962) has worked in Florida, Georgia, and the Bahamas. Born in Vero Beach, FL, Sears began painting at a very young age under the tutelage of George Buckner Jr., FL Highwaymen Hall of Fame artist and direct art descendant of A.E. Backus (Beanie) of Fort Pierce, FL.
